Introduction to the Art of Sugarcraft with Margaret Marles

Margaret is a qualified home economist who uses her artistic flair to produce beautiful cakes for all occasions. This introductory course will look at cake decorating techniques using royal and fondant icing, as well as the crystallization of fresh flowers.

All ingredients/equipment will be available to hone techniques taught, but should participants wish to take home a decorated cake at the end of the session, a small pre-cooked cake should be brought along – no bigger than 6” diameter.
